I am super happy that my paper on #GenerativeAI and #DataProtection is now published in Cambridge Forum on AI: Law and Governance

I argue that most of the LLMs on the market are not GDPR-compliant! Legitimate interest is not a valid legal basis for unlimited data scraping & data subjects rights become almost unenforceable.
