I should start charging people money if they want me to answer questions that I've already given them the answer to. at some point people need to pay (me specifically) for their mistakes

anyway related but only tangentially: I don't think that AI or anything of the sort is making people dumber/at risk of doing so, it's just making the people who refuse to learn anything more obnoxious
