Don’t think so. At least not in the short to medium term. I think it’s mostly for Plasma Mobile for now and I hope it’ll be usable on Steam Deck which technically could be used as a regular tablet but app support for that use case remains severely limited to this day.

It is now possible to manually enable and disable the network or the bluetooth backend for KDE Connect.
So after years the Bluetooth backend is finally no longer hidden behind a compilation switch? Somehow missed this completely.
