Since everyone is posting great winter photos, here's a sunrise in the Italian alps in an area called Ayas. Taken from inside (thus the reflections on the left) because it was hella cold and I didn't want to go out onto the balcony in pajamas.

@kcoyle I’ve hiked South of where you are, in the Gran Paradiso area. In late Spring, not Winter ;-)

@hvdsomp It's a wonderful area. Friends have a year-round place and I've done other seasons. Their village, Lignod, once was a sabot producer. This is their "monument" to the sabot where you can sit in the chair and put your feet in them.
