Planning to do a #Tusky bugfix release tomorrow.

So far we got:

• Media description input too small on some devices

• hashtags at end of post sometimes duplicated

Anything else that is obviously broken in Tusky 27.0?

@ConnyDuck sometimes visiting a profile on a different domain doesn't load any posts beyond their pinned and very old posts, but opening via website shows loads of them
