Is there a website or something that accurately lists new releases of #metal #bands, even the smaller ones?

I feel that Deezer and other streaming platforms regularly miss informing me. There is also a Wikipedia page on "Heavy metal in 2025" for example, but it obviously only lists more well-known bands.

This may be a good thing to crowdsource, if nothing like this exists yet.

Apparently there is @metalreleases on our beloved instance, which I am already following. But I would prefer a website and not being bound to some mobile app or streaming service (currently only Spotify is supported).

@lumiukko there's also @releasebot which posts the releases from the #MetalArchives. You get a lot of underground bands from there.

If you want it as a website there is @RattleHead that posts the same information but as a stand alone web page.
