Hey everyone. As I joined a new company in a leadership role I discovered that all the Devs in the team lack fundamentals of the tech stack and general stuff I assumed as basic, what's missing is:

• Structure and overview of Linux/Unix OS

• What docker is.

• How a CLI works.

So I planned for research and skill development days once per month. What I am looking for are Tipps on how to bring them to practice basics without shame. Tipps and ideas welcome :)
