The USB-C port of my ThinkPad is dead and I can't charge my laptop anymore 😔 Does anyone know a good place where I could try to get in repaired in Berlin?

@carl I have sent many totally dead laptops to https://www.electronicloop.de/ and they managed to revive some of them. Swapping a USB port should be easy for them. I think they are located in Berlin.

@carl We had the USB C ports of our Dell Latitudes repaired at https://pro-jex.de/. They also do ThinkPads IIRC.

@carl mine has a strange looking second connector with a hidden usb-c thats also "chargeable". just in case you learn that as late as myself ;)
