@nextcloud That sounds a bit pointless. Sure itβs just guidance so I get it might not be precise but I think the aim should be to stop people from using any data they don't have permission to use which solves the copyright issue too.
I assume that would be off the table as it's clear that will just result in the EU being ignored for AI.
Vague guidance is just something larger companies will ignore and smaller ones may be held back by in fear of being wrong.
