Happy new year 2025!

Got to write the first copyright header year of 2025 when started breaking out some map marker code to prepare for refactoring the "current location marker" in Maps to be drawn using GTK snapshot stuff, and use the new accent colors. 🎆

Quick proof-of-concept (it currently only does a plain gtk_snapshot_append_color() using system accent color), here showcased using the GTK inspector (the Adwaita tab).
