WTF are "ultra-processed" foods? How about a definition (which of course doesn't exist; it's a term bandied about by health "influencers" with no real meaning).

@realcainmosni FWIW, whenever I've heard a definition of UPFs, it's always been along the lines of "contains ingredients you would never find in any normal kitchen cupboard" which, to me, is a sufficiently good starting point.
