I mean... I've been hearing about the Chinese and Russians damaging western infrastructure for years now but I haven't heard anything about a definitive western response. It really does make our side come off weak to the rest of the world.

1. Ignoring it avoids achieving its goal of alarming EU population so creating pressure to change government policies.
