@mtothevizzah If this piece had been one paragraph longer, I think I would have gone into cardiac arrest... OMFG. The way IT can get in the way instead of helping is terrifying.

@switch In IT's defense they're rarely the ones asking for everyone to have Miro and Trello and etc. installed, and no one wants to give them the time to reconcile it later. Nor are they the execs signing enterprise deals without asking their staff about the impact it will have to production…
