McConnell did have the balls. That's why we're in the cesspool we're in - because he had the balls since before 2000 - and spent those 30+ years in politics destroying out institutions from the inside out.

McConnell and that puppet Reagan were the two worst things to happen to US Politics with Merrick Garland being a close 3rd.
