Is the (old) Microsoft "uplink" stuff still needed for Windows? Web search sends me to network port stuff; this is about FILE* and stdio. Any suggestions where to look? Please boost for reach. Thanks.

@vt52 I don't fully know or understand, which is why I asked. It looks like a way to map FILE* pointers among programs and DLL's and vice-versa. But I am not positive. Which is why I am wondering if QuicTLS can/should rip it out.
