In 2021 I read maybe 4 books. This year I read 27. The difference? I started doing a daily walk while listening to audio books. Two good things at once.
This is especially helpful as I have ADHD and I can just get through audio books so much easier than visual ones.

@scottjenson I tried and failed to use audio books for years before I realised I could not consult them like regular books. Walking or travelling (bus/train/plane) was the right setting.
And listen while I walk helped me get daily fresh air, about an hour walk pretty much every day. Which during winter times helps me get some sunlight when the days are barely four hours long up here.

@scottjenson what service are you using for the audio books? Audible? Everand? Just curious :)
