Currently trying out the @kagihq search engine and their Orion browser. I was saying a while ago there was a need for more Webkit-based options in the market and I'm hoping Orion may be it.

Initial impressions are good. Feels like Safari, but has adblock built it. It also works with Firefox and Chrome extensions.

Proton Pass seems to work fine with it. I've not tried Apple Pay, but Vivaldi didn't support that either.

@kagihq Wow, I can change the font on some websites to Comic Sans. This changes everything!

@kagihq One slightly unsettling thing about #orionbrowser on Mac and iOS --on first launch it seems to want to discover other devices on my home network.

You're a browser, you just need to go to websites I ask for on 'this' device. Stay in your lane. @kagihq

@kagihq One thing I am enjoying about Kagi is that search actually works. It gives you answers to the things you are looking for, rather than just cluttering up the first two pages with sponsored links.

It also lets you search the #SmallWeb

Surprising how much internet is still out there waiting to be found. 🤣
