Bodycam video shows a group of non-Black correctional officers fatally beating #RobertBrooks, a Black inmate, while he was handcuffed in a medical examination room. Audio on the body cameras was also not recording even though required.
Brooks was beaten shortly after he arrived. In the video, officers can be seen smiling and cleaning their bloody hands.
