Is there a generic #SQL (#SQLite) query builder for #Emacs?

There's emacsql, but it's not designed to interact with arbitrary databases.

@sqrtminusone The sqlite-mode-extras.el package from @xenodium includes the sqlite-mode-extras-compose-and-execute function

@slackline @xenodium Ah, I meant a library, not a user-facing package.

I've just written about 250 LoC of various concatenations of SQL in elisp, so... Now I've decided to look for a better way, but it looks like there isn't one?
