Wie lange hält sich geöffnete Miso-Paste im Kühlschrank?

Das Sofort-Tödlich-ab-Datum ist der 30.10.24. Sie riecht lecker und sieht unverändert aus. Ich würde die noch benutzen, habe aber keine Erfahrung. Was sagt ihr?

@g4T Das Zeug ist fermentiert, hat einen krassen Salzgehalt, ist eigentlich relativ trocken und hält vor allem gekühlt laaaaang. Jedes Suchergebnis sagt eigentlich nur, dass das Aroma irgendwann leidet.

@g4T @Sagittarius_Galaxie Wenn Zeit kein Problem ist, kannste die Marinierzeit auf 12-24h hochwuppen, dann schmeckt es noch ein wenig besser. Ich muss auch mal wieder gebackenen Tofu bauen, das Zeug ist geil.

@g4T gucken, riechen, fühlen, schmecken. Funktioniert eigentlich bei allen frischen und verpackten Lebensmitteln.
