Wouldn’t #define define a macro e.g. ╔ but not ╔════════ etc.?

@ryanc @Obdurodon you need a compiler that allows C99+ identifiers with UCS names, of course. I added that to pcc, GCC lacked it for a long time and I’m not sure it even has it now, but the præprocessor is an entirely different thing…
