Sara and I outdid ourselves for our Christmas Eve dinner:

🥩 Côte de bœuf

🥔 Potatoes (fried in lard and doused with…)

🍯 Chipotle hot honey

🥕 Harissa carrots with pomegranate seeds

🥬 Charred lettuce with preserved lemon dressing

🧅 Pink pickled onions

• Butter fried leeks

• Celeriac remoulade

Followed by:

☕️ Tiramisu

🍊 Blood orange sorbet
