After years of specialized programs I've made some good progress, but mentally they are tedious. I think it is time to reset the clock and get back to basics so I am going to start Wendler 5/3/1 Boring But Big variation and really push the boundaries of my own strength.
I still plan to do accessory work with sandbags and other functional movements to stay lose and athletic.
