Spannend, die Socken-Strick-Methode hab ich noch nie gesehen.

Was sind da die Vorteile gegenüber der Methode, die Socke in einem Stück (als Schlauch - ohne Nähen) zu stricken? Verzählt man sich weniger leicht oder ist das weniger nervig weil es kein Nadelspiel braucht?

(Bei der Schlauch-Methode gibt es ja auch noch einige Varianten - runde Zehenspitze oder mit Abnehme-Kante, Verstärktes Käppchen, ... meine Oma war da Meisterin)

@bergamlaimerin Für mich ist der größte Vorteil, dass ich es auf der geraden Nadel stricke und weniger durcheinander komme und die Arbeit leichter liegen lassen kann.

Von so hergestellten Socken bekommt man natürlich schneller Plattfüße.

Es ist einfach ganz grandios, wie viele verschiedene Möglichkeiten es gibt, etwas eigentlich gar nicht so kompliziertes wie Socken herzustellen.
