Headed for Japan tomorrow, cannot wait to enjoy all the things that are to be enjoyed there, including the odd looks because very few westerners go to the place my familly stays at.

Need to figure out a good coffee place too, because apparently japan’s filter coffee culture is very strong and i had no idea.

I like the Komeda coffee chain, but then there are also many small stores which do not belong to a chain. When my mum was around and we looked for coffee every morning, we were deciding the place by the number of stars on google maps, that also turned out good.

@NicolasRinaudo where in Japan? Tokyo? If so, I liked the Srilankan restaurant … very different cuisine I have tried. Not a coffee shop though.
