On Sunday it will be exactly 2 years since I made the first commit to Surfer 🍰 🎉. To celebrate, we're releasing Surfer version 0.3.0

Highlights:

• Viewing of remote waveforms on compute servers

• Custom instruction decoders and full support for all official RISC-V extensions

• Automatic file reloading

• Scriptable interaction via a new WCP

• Support for transaction streams
