There is an in depth report on the ##H5N1 outbreak in dairy cows, and the failure of the US to contain it. Now it spreads at high speed from herd to herd and kills 2-5 % of infected cows. And the spread to workers is hardly monitored. Over all we have a high risk of mutations that would allow it to spread in humans... Prepare for the worst..
