I made an oat milk latte with some pink champagne washed coffee beans this morning and the flavor was really different! It's so fruity and lemony, and the espresso itself tastes like boysenberries. #coffee

@somnius most espresso roasts are far too darkly roasted for my tastes. single origins, lightly roasted are the best. #imho
