"The Limits of Reproducibility with Rocker Docker Images for R"

Reproducible scholarship is hard, but important for the scientific record and for saving yourself a lot of pain down the road.

Computational reproducibility requires controlling the code, data and software environment.

Rocker Docker images are a great solution, but the latest "r-ver" images do not lock R package versions.

@seanfobbe misère, j'arrrive déjà pas à faire une image avec un script R tout bête seulement et un renv qui ne contient que trois packages...
