Sure enough, they've been calling me repeatedly to escort some poor bum they want to drag in off the street to do the work. a) I'm not on call this week, b) we already said we're not working through Christmas, c) random field engineer isn't going to have any of the required information to perform the work, d) we have no spare switches for when they brick one. #FireMe after Christmas.
