In most EU countries electricity is taxed more & renewable energy support levies are often put on electricity & not on fossil fuels.

@janrosenow Sweden looks to be an outlier in that graph and I can't find anything in the report explaining it, do we know why Sweden with the smallest effect of taxes an levies has the lowest final ratio?
