@potus The Supreme Court has previously ruled that the acceptance of a presidential pardon implies guilt. I would therefore suggest that you grant those innocent people who Trump may prosecute a "blanket political amnesty" instead, thereby protecting them from Trump's persecution. Since none have previously been found guilty in a court of law, and all are innocent until they are, no guilt should be implied.
