Firstly, we knew this was coming, but this still really hurts. Secondly, the headline is inaccurate: puberty blockers will continue to be prescribed for cis kids who need them. And quite right too, there's no evidence that they're dangerous.

And I know my anger won't help trans kids, but this decision is going to cause harm and distress to people I love. So I am really, really pissed off at Wes Streeting right now.
