The existence of this 2x10GE-T QSFP leads to the obvious conclusion of one that is a very short breakout cable with 4 10GE-T sockets on the end so you can use all 4 ports. One could further imagine extending the length of that breakout cable to say 0.5m so that it doubles as a flog for those with certain specific kinks. A cat o' 5 tails, if you will.

@wesgeorge Honestly, the power budget for four 10GBase-T might exceed what QSFP+ can provide. 🤔
