My son has been permanently banned from WhatsApp after some confusion to do with his phone number in different countries (he is a journalist). Does anyone here have any experience dealing with a situation like this or have a contact at Meta/WhatsApp who might be able to help? He is distraught because of the groups and history he has lost access to 😔

@edsu These platforms are managed by bots. I know this happened to me on Twitter. You can try changing your name, your IP address and turn your router off, and then back on. Of course, this won't work if you are using the same name. I wrote so many emails and they never did change anything. It's the bots.
