@lilianedwards It's inspired by events last year when an AI-generated clickbait story featured made-up quotes attributed to me (https://futurism.com/ai-fake-quotes-real-people).

The paper is forthcoming in Oxford Handbook on the Foundations and Regulation of Generative AI, and abridged in ACM Symposium on Computer Science and Law
