I created an account on #Bluesky for ham radio based feeds, but after playing around with it for a day it feels like there are a lot less individuals posting under the hashtags for #AmateurRadio and #HamRadio 😢 (maybe not enough people use the hashtags?)

you are welcome to follow me there, but I'll def be more active here on #Mastodon

(also, I like having 500 characters for toots here compared to 300 over on Bluesky, lol (and yes, I know that is server dependent))

@k8vsy I've been on Bluesky for about three weeks. I think you're on to something about people not using the #AmateurRadio #HamRadio hashtags.. Also I've found a lot of new Hams don't designate they are Ham Radio operators in their profile of Name,
