Its the money printer class. Who has access is part of the elite capitalist class.
The government and the corrupt politicians and their lobbyist and intermediary friends ar one, regular banks, VCs and investment banks another even larger part of that class.

It's especially clear with Musk who grows from average joe multi millionaire ~2010 toย ย the "richest person" today with hundreds of billions. And especially the change from early 2019, where he was not even in the top 10
The capitalist class has access to real money printers, which separates them from the rest of us and defines their class. We have to end those printers
