Toot

The behavior of my traditional "torte" #colorscheme changed in the latest #neovim -- now the line numbers (etc?) show up as black on black (i.e. not at all).

Switching to my backup colorscheme "ron" fixes the issue. Can anyone recommend a good, but simple, colorscheme. Something that works well on 16-color terminals? I'm sure tmux and #konsole handle more, but I have a custom luma-balanced 16-color scheme set in konsole, and prefer not having to adjust more colors than that.

@BoydStephenSmithJr I’m sure you’ll already have found this, and I can’t attest to whether it’s “good”, or whether any of its variants will work with your current terminal scheme, but the only 16-colour colorscheme I ever hear recommended (or indeed, mentioned at all), is Base-16.

@BoydStephenSmithJr It expects you to pick a Vim colorscheme that lines up with a known terminal colorscheme: I don’t know if any of these actually set colours that honour the standard 16 colours (the way colorschemes like e.g. solarized don’t).

Please do let me know if you find any though!
