@SeaFury Interesting. I don't think I've done it enough for it to have that effect.
I wasn't being flip, though. I'm pretty sure the most pronounced benefit it's had for me is being more easily able to handle tedium and boredom.

@snowmanghost for me, it's basically opening up task manager and watching what comes and goes, and what uses what resources and hour much :zerotwo_shrug: (and practicing doing this so I can sometimes do it subconsciously even when not meditating)
