Forever overjoyed by how wank panzer headlights are at eye level when viewed from a normal car. I guess if I were short they might go over my head.

@cms @cat ...and here people complain that cyclists' lights are too bright and might "dazzle" a car driver if you have them pointed vaguely horizontally.

Heaven knows what would happen if they saw the lights on an incoming car.

@hl blinking bike lights are a curse. They alert you perfectly to a hazard and remove your ability to establish range. My life crusade is to make a blinking bike light that holds just one led on all the time.

@cat I agree the blinking isn't good. I saw someone in a helmet with a swooshing red LED strip across the back the other day, it was like a mini Night Rider.

@hl nah I don’t mean the blinking is bad. It’s easy to lose a single red in traffic. They draw the eye well. They just need a solid with them to support ranging. It’s more vital for people like me on motorcycles sharing bus lanes with cyclists.
