On one hand, increased awareness and ability to track one's health goals over time help support a healthy lifestyle. On the other hand, surveillance capitalism is always finding ways to turn us into a calculation or a formula, with real consequences to our daily lives.

I wonder what a middle way looks like between these.

@aiono @alshafei They probably already have something like this, but they know they cannot talk about it publicly. Now, the technology is just becoming more accessible with AI where you don't have to have massive engineering resources to do it. You just need the data, and data is becoming more and more like water in our digital society.
