Hey all, do any of you have an instant pot and if so would you recommend it?

@ndpi yes! I use my parent's old fagor one a lot when I visit, and they recently found an instant pot for me at the thrift store. I use it at least once a week, and I plan to get some insert pans for mine so I can cook rice and beans or steamed buns at the same time. I also use mine to make mulled drinks and sautés, and I plan to use it to sanitize things sometimes (mine actually has a sanitize mode, but I know some folks use regular pressure cookers as an autoclave. It just takes longer because steam saturation takes awhile).
