Sounds like a good idea to have a code like that, though it should (I wish!) be the default that people keep their dogs under control while walking them and not let them go running up to other dogs or people.

@leadore Def possible they aren’t aware. But they also ignore my verbal requests to give my reactive dog some space. And then they yell at me for taking my dog out in public in carefully chosen places where I can count on there being enough space to work on her triggers without being overwhelmed by them. And every time she gets pushed past her limits, it’s a setback in her desensitization. 🤬
