Implemented the CBMIEC command to read a file off the floppy drive, using regular IEC protocol mode.

(CBMIEC is my rust-based alternative to the OpenCBM PC client for XUM devices.)

Out of curiosity: do you support the older CBM drives, too? Like 4040, 8050, …

Support in OpenCBM is a bit sketchy
