Interesting. My resting heart rate is much lower with my new Xiaomi watch compared to my Fitbit and now I'm wondering which is more accurate.

Le Google says that it is accurate, but also that the Fitbit Sense 2 is accurate which is what I had before so. πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

Further research suggests that my new watch is more accurate. Makes sense considering the Fitbit had me pushing 80BPM and I'd always been under 70 before I got it.
