Not especially delighted to receive a letter from a bank, addressed to someone who doesn't live here (and never has AFAIK). Naturally contacting a bank when you're not a customer is a challenge and I'm not spending an hour on hold on the phone to do them a favour. Have contacted them via social media, but am expecting the "you're not a customer, nothing we can do" run around.
