I went into a deep dive search on what courses, and trainings are available out there for managers. Lots of them imply giving a kidney which I prefer to keep.

So.. I am reaching you all, for some recommendations - either you took them or your colleagues or mentors did. Thanks in advance!

PS: you can recommend some materials also for non-managers, and other roles - people will appreciate them for sure.

PPS: the counting of days left in the year was a nice coincidence.
