Why would anyone use the #texlatex cite package? Why u make me do this, IEEE template?? Awful UX.

@odr_k4tana Well… back in the 90s it seems like there were reasons for this …

But I guess it's same as with some publishers still preferring classical #BibTeX over #BibLaTeX as it's cheaper to annoy authors instead of maintaining their templates …
