huh my mouse is acting weird. guess there must be something caught against the optical sensor. lemmie check

...hm. no. nothing SEEMS to be outta the ordinary, but it's difficult to tell. Oh well! I'll use that antistatic brush I got and see if I can dislodge stuff.

as much as I hate how ball mice were VERY prone to gunk screwing up the internals, i gotta say they were a lot easier to clean out than an optical mouse -_-;

@Nine why not combine the worst of both worlds with trackball mice!

• dirt in the optical sensor

• dirt on the contact points between the ball and the body

• everything is facing upwards so dust naturally falls in and does not naturally fall out

• skin oils!! hooray!
